Baking Instructor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Baking Instructor to join our team and lead engaging, hands‑on baking classes. The role involves creating a fun learning environment where students of all levels can develop their baking skills and unleash their creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, interactive baking classes for individuals and groups.
• Research and develop new recipes, designing curriculum and lesson plans.
• Prepare detailed recipe documentation for class use.
• Manage kitchen inventory, conduct stock‑taking and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Required profile

• Formal education as a Bakery and Pastry Chef from a recognised institution.
• 5‑6 years professional baking experience and at least 1 year of teaching or instructional experience.
• Fluent communication in English, Hindi and Marathi with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player who can collaborate with diverse individuals and cultures.
• Excellent organisational skills to plan and run classes efficiently.
• Creative mindset for designing trendy classes and new products.
