Bakery Counter Staff (Full‑time)

About the role

The Bakery Counter Staff member will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Aurangabad outlet. Working full‑time on‑site, you will deliver friendly, efficient service while upholding the high quality and hygiene standards that define Royal Bakers & Confectioners.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable bakery items.
• Take orders, process cash and card payments, and reconcile the till at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized display area and monitor product freshness.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Restock shelves, coordinate with the kitchen team, and ensure a smooth flow of products to the counter.
• Assist with promotional activities and help achieve daily sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Basic numeracy for accurate cash handling and transaction recording.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Aurangabad, including weekends and peak hours.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Prior experience in retail, bakery or café settings is a plus but not mandatory.
