About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional to join our team as a Backfill Hiring – Enrollment Processing Specialist. The role focuses on handling bulk customer requests related to enrollment additions, terminations and changes, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and risk guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate bulk enrollment requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Convert unformatted Excel files into a standardized format and upload them to client applications.
• Identify and correct errors, and communicate with internal departments or partners to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain daily work queues, meet individual and team productivity targets, and adhere to service level metrics.
• Process applications across multiple product lines using various internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates, provide feedback, resolve conflicts and offer backup support as needed.

• Ability to work independently while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Effective written communication skills for email correspondence.

Required skills
