About the role

We are looking for a Backend Developer to design and build scalable, high‑performance applications that power modern digital products. The role focuses on creating robust APIs, distributed systems, and secure services that can grow with business needs.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices.
Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
Design efficient database schemas and optimise query performance.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality features.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long‑term solutions.
Optimise application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Continuously improve system architecture and development processes.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in backend software development.
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#.
Spring Boot, Express.js, FastAPI, Django.NET Core.
REST APIs and microservices architecture.
PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB.
Distributed systems and event‑driven architectures.
Docker and Kubernetes.
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
Caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached.
Git and modern development workflows.
Data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
