Auxiliar Reservas

About the role

The Reservation Assistant supports the operational team by handling booking requests through phone, email and other channels. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of reservations, contributing to a smooth guest experience in the hospitality or tourism environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails and messages to process reservation requests with speed and precision.
• Check room, package or service availability and confirm bookings efficiently.
• Record and update reservation data in the booking system, keeping information organized.
• Provide clear information on cancellation policies, pricing and general conditions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve reservation changes, conflicts or other issues.
• Perform administrative tasks such as daily reporting and monitoring occupancy metrics.

Required profile

• Completed high school; technical courses in administration, tourism or related fields are a plus.
• Minimum six months of experience in customer service, reservations or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and cooperate within a team.
• Flexible availability to work varying schedules according to operational demand.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of reservation management software (e.g., RMS or similar).
• Proficiency with office tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
