Automotive Trainer – Technical Training for Two-Wheeler Service

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Automotive Trainer position is based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building the technical capabilities of service personnel across VOC’s multi‑brand two‑wheel‑er dealership network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands‑on training sessions covering automotive technology, diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Prepare training materials, design structured modules and assess participants through tests, practical evaluations and feedback.
• Update training content to incorporate new models, technologies and service standards.
• Collaborate with service managers to identify skill gaps and define training needs.
• Maintain training records, ensure safety protocol compliance and support continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of automotive technology and practical two‑wheel‑er repair skills.
• Experience in curriculum development for technical training programs.
• Solid understanding of automotive service operations, diagnostics and maintenance standards.
• Effective teaching ability to explain complex concepts, facilitate workshops and adapt to varied learner levels.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience as an automotive trainer, technical instructor or senior technician is advantageous.
