Automotive BSW Developer – Brake Systems (India)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced developer to design, implement and integrate Basic Software (BSW) modules for automotive brake systems. You will work within Bosch's Indian OEM team, ensuring high‑quality, safety‑compliant software that meets AUTOSAR standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate BSW modules for brake control units.
• Configure drivers, communication stacks and related AUTOSAR components.
• Collaborate with system, hardware and application teams for seamless integration.
• Analyze and troubleshoot CAN network issues across ECUs.
• Test, validate and debug CAN communication for brake systems.
• Document software design, architecture and test procedures.
• Ensure compliance with automotive safety standards such as ISO 26262.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in automotive embedded software development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AUTOSAR BSW development.
• Proficiency in CAN communication and network analysis.
• Familiarity with debugging tools such as CANalyzer and CANoe.
• Experience with automotive software development environments.
