Automic Workload Automation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automic Workload Automation Consultant to design, implement and support enterprise‑wide automation solutions using Broadcom Automic (AWA/UC4). The role involves platform administration, workflow development, integration with SAP and cloud services, and production support in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automation solutions with Broadcom Automic (AWA/UC4).
• Administer Automation Engine, AWI, agents, workflows, jobs, calendars, events, queues and Automic scripting.
• Lead platform installation, upgrades, migrations, patching, performance tuning and HA/DR implementations.
• Integrate Automic with SAP, databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), REST APIs and other enterprise applications.
• Define automation strategy, governance, process standardisation and optimisation across business units.
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture, cloud and DevOps initiatives.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, root‑cause analysis and platform health monitoring.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the Automation Centre of Excellence.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years hands‑on Broadcom Automic (AWA/UC4).
• Relevant degree (BE/BTech/BCA/BSc IT, MCA, MBA IT, MSc IT) or equivalent.
• Broadcom Automic Certified Professional/Expert preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and mentoring abilities.
