Auto Pour Operator

About the role

The Auto Pour Operator is responsible for running and maintaining automated pouring equipment used in the production of various materials. You will ensure that the equipment operates smoothly, product quality meets specifications, and the work environment remains safe and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and control automated pouring equipment to dispense materials according to production specifications.
• Monitor equipment parameters, adjust settings, and follow SOPs to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Conduct regular quality checks and collaborate with quality control teams to address any deviations.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the auto‑pour system.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report major issues to maintenance personnel.
• Adhere to safety protocols, report incidents, and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Maintain accurate production logs, equipment settings, and quality control records.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments to optimize workflow.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience operating automated machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast‑paced production setting.
