Audit Staff – Entry Level Audit Position

About the role

As an Audit Staff member you will help organisations of all sizes maintain financial health by delivering high‑quality audit services. You will work on diverse engagements, applying audit theory to real‑world client issues while developing your professional expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all phases of an audit, including planning, risk identification, internal‑control testing, substantive procedures, engagement wrap‑up and financial‑statement review.
• Conduct other attest services such as compilations and reviews, and research accounting and audit issues in accordance with US GAAP and US GAAS.
• Generate ideas for accounting process improvements and best‑practice recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external client staff, and participate in networking and training programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field; CA and/or US CPA preferred.
• 1–3 years of public‑accounting experience, including at least one busy season, preferably in benefit‑plan, real‑estate/HUD, single‑audit or investment‑fund engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think analytically and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays during busy periods.
