About the role
EisnerAmper is seeking an Assurance Manager to join its Audit practice in Hyderabad. The role involves leading audit engagements for financial‑services clients and delivering high‑quality assurance services while supporting the firm’s growth and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy.
- Lead multiple audit engagements and manage competing priorities.
- Review, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and drive change.
- Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff throughout engagements.
- Assess staff performance for engagement evaluations.
Required profile
- 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience.
- CPA or CA certification.
- Experience with financial‑services clients such as broker‑dealers, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or funds of funds.
