Assurance Advanced Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an Assurance Advanced Analyst to join CohnReznick’s Chennai office. The position is hybrid, requiring collaboration both on‑site and remotely. You will work with private equity, hedge funds and other alternative investment clients, delivering audit, tax and value‑creation services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute audit procedures in accordance with US GAAP and PCAOB standards.
• Perform substantive testing, analytical reviews and internal control evaluations.
• Prepare audit documentation and workpapers that meet firm and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with global team members to meet engagement deadlines.
• Communicate audit findings and issues to team leads and support financial‑statement preparation.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification (freshers accepted).
• Familiarity with US GAAP, GAAS and PCAOB standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit tools such as CaseWare or CCH.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
