Assurance Advanced Analyst – Chennai

About the role

CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Advanced Analyst to join its Chennai office. The role sits within the Assurance team and supports audit, tax, and value‑creation engagements for private equity, hedge funds, and other alternative investment vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing audit procedures for fund and portfolio company engagements.
• Collaborate with industry and service‑line specialists to deliver comprehensive audit and tax solutions.
• Analyze financial statements, transaction data, and capital‑market information to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare workpapers, documentation, and client deliverables in accordance with firm standards.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of audit findings and recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Interest in capital markets, private equity, and alternative investments.
• Detail‑oriented with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
