Associate/Professor – Pharmacy Department

About the role

Ganpat University seeks an Associate Professor or Professor to join its Pharmacy Department. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, conducting impactful research, and supporting student development in a NAAC "A" accredited environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, tutorials, labs and seminars in subjects such as pharmacology, pharmaceutics, medicinal chemistry and clinical pharmacy.
• Prepare course materials, assessments and ensure alignment with accreditation standards.
• Evaluate student performance through exams, projects and provide constructive feedback.
• Supervise internships, clinical rotations and capstone projects.
• Conduct original research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals and present at conferences.
• Secure research grants and guide postgraduate research projects.
• Provide academic advising, career guidance and support extracurricular pharmacy activities.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development and accreditation processes.
