Associate – Workday Consulting (Finance & Operations)

About the role

Join PwC's Technology Consulting practice as an Associate focused on Workday implementations. You will help clients streamline finance and HR processes using Workday’s cloud platform, supporting them through the full lifecycle of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in technology‑enabled business and finance transformations using Workday.
• Conduct process and design analysis, business process reviews, and fit‑gap assessments.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and current/future state assessments.
• Participate in program and change management, training, and client support activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and travel to client sites as needed.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience, preferably in finance or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
• Understanding of finance processes such as Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Order‑to‑Cash.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience or familiarity with Workday platform.
