About the role
PwC is seeking an Associate to support US Direct Tax compliance for its Gurugram office. The role involves preparing various US tax forms, maintaining trackers, and ensuring accurate filing for corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare US tax forms such as 1120, 5471, 5472, 8832, 8858, 8865 and 8621 using OneSource Income Tax (OIT).
- Develop and maintain trackers and import templates for tax filings.
- Update workpapers and perform pre‑compliance adjustments.
- Participate in internal Learning & Education sessions.
- Communicate task status to managers and ensure timely delivery.
Required profile
- 7‑9 years of experience in direct tax compliance.
- Educational background such as MBA, CA or M.Com.
- Strong analytical, numerical and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Experience with OneSource Income Tax (OIT) for US tax form preparation.
