Associate Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Trainer to join our fitness team and lead yoga sessions for members of all levels. You will help create a welcoming, inclusive environment while supporting members in achieving their health and wellness goals through yoga.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group yoga classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants.
• Provide personalized yoga instruction tailored to individual member needs and goals.
• Demonstrate proper alignment and technique to ensure safe, effective practice.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all members.
• Assist members in setting and achieving yoga and fitness objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills.
• Promote yoga classes and events to attract and retain members.
• Collaborate with other fitness trainers and staff to deliver a holistic wellness experience.

Required profile

• Yoga Certification with a minimum of 200 training hours.
• Passion for fitness, healthy living, and customer obsession.
• High energy, eagerness to learn, and strong communication abilities.
