Associate Technical Program Manager (Bengaluru)

About the role

As an Associate Technical Program Manager II you will manage high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing projects, linking U.S. customers with our manufacturing partners to ensure smooth production, on‑spec delivery, and budget compliance while driving continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Project Management – oversee projects from scope definition through delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Risk Mitigation – identify and coordinate mitigation actions with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee on‑time order fulfillment.
• Work Order Assignment – schedule and distribute manufacturing work orders across partner networks to meet builder deadlines.
• Production Issue Resolution – address technical queries from manufacturers to ensure correct part fabrication.
• Change Order Management – evaluate and implement post‑sale change requests while managing associated risks.
• Continuous Improvement – pinpoint workflow gaps and lead tactical and strategic enhancements to the technical project management process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands‑on knowledge of CNC machining (mandatory) and familiarity with 3D printing, injection molding, or sheet‑metal fabrication.
• PMP or equivalent project‑management certification is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, align expectations, and communicate effectively.
• Self‑starter who works independently, is detail‑oriented, and makes data‑driven decisions.
• Adaptable in ambiguous environments, building repeatable yet flexible systems.
