Associate Stock Reconciliation Specialist

About the role

The Associate Stock Reconciliation Specialist will support Alimentation Couche‑Tard’s Global Fuels & Logistics team by managing liquid stock reconciliation across European markets. The role involves processing shipments from terminal stacking to customer delivery, ensuring compliance with distribution transactions, and collaborating with fleet managers, planners and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a two‑step liquid stock reconciliation for European countries.
• Ensure compliance of distribution‑related value‑chain transactions.
• Execute month‑end distribution stock activities.
• Read terminal paperwork and update orders/systems accordingly.
• Identify and correct errors in inventory records and calculations.
• Communicate effectively via email and verbally with internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 1+ year experience in accounting or stock reconciliation.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes (preferred).
• Strong organizational, time‑management and active‑listening skills.
• Accountability, teamwork and attention to detail.
