Associate / Senior Associate – FinTech Operations (BPPMU)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy FinTech professional to join our Bharat BillPay ecosystem team in Mumbai. The Associate / Senior Associate will focus on monitoring bill‑payment operations, analysing performance data, and ensuring smooth API integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse FinTech operations performance, handling XML and JSON API logs.
• Liaise with internal and external cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Identify and implement improvements that drive measurable business results.
• Manage multiple time‑sensitive projects and priorities independently.
• Utilise data‑analytics techniques and AI tools to enhance productivity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in FinTech operations or bill‑payment monitoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable team player with a proven record of delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and handle competing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience analysing XML and JSON API logs.
• Proficiency with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of BBPS (public and private) and Bharat Connect processes.
• Data‑analytics and AI productivity tools.
