Associate Security Officer

About the role

The Associate Security Officer will oversee the comprehensive security operations of a smart campus from a state‑of‑the‑art command centre. This role ensures the safety of perimeter, buildings, critical areas and essential systems while driving continuous improvement through technology and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review campus security using CCTV, access‑control and public‑address systems.
• Identify operational gaps and propose new technology solutions.
• Perform data‑driven analytics to enhance security processes.
• Develop, implement and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Support the rollout of integrated security and surveillance projects.
• Collaborate with design teams and other campuses to share insights and best practices.
• Review and advise on security system maintenance contracts (AMCs) to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Lead and manage the Security Command Centre team to deliver the highest security standards.
