Associate SCADA Solution Developer

About the role

Airbus India is looking for an Associate SCADA Solution Developer to join its Digital team in Bangalore. You will work on Wonderware/AVEVA platforms, delivering new SCADA applications and supporting existing solutions in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy new SCADA applications on Intouch, Alpana and Historian Insight platforms based on IT specifications.
• Perform small modifications and enhancements to existing Wonderware applications.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure security compliance of code changes.
• Execute test cases in development and QA environments and manage the release engineering process.
• Create change and release plans, guardrail releases and ensure successful software delivery.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for end‑users.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Wonderware/AVEVA platforms (Intouch, IAS, Alpana, Historian Insight).
• Basic proficiency in AVEVA System Platform, Application Server, plant modeling, I/O communication, alarms, history, security, redundancy and scripting.
• Ability to develop and improve design documentation and understand security implications.
