Associate SAP Opentext Consultant – Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate SAP Opentext Consultant to join its Advisory practice in Kolkata. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end SAP solutions, particularly around OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), helping clients streamline invoice processing and achieve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support full‑life‑cycle SAP implementations, with a focus on FI, MM and FICO modules.
• Configure, patch and upgrade VIM 7.5+ solutions, including workflow design and custom report development.
• Analyse client requirements, design solution architectures and ensure seamless integration of OpenText components.
• Provide training, documentation and post‑go‑live support to maximize user adoption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align SAP solutions with broader business processes.

Required profile

• Minimum one complete SAP implementation project, preferably in SAP FI.
• Strong understanding of VIM functionality, workflow scenarios and reporting.
• Experience with SAP MM and FICO modules.
• Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Required skills

• SAP Opentext (VIM) configuration and upgrade
• SAP FI implementation
• SAP MM and SAP FICO knowledge
• VIM workflow design and custom report creation
• OCR and BCC setup (preferred)
• OpenText VIM / SAP FI certification (advantageous)
