Associate Review Manager (India)

About the role

Associate Review Managers work side‑by‑side with clients and our team of attorneys to leverage DISCO AI for the purpose of document review. They provide insight and perspective to improve client outcomes and increase the speed and quality of their eDiscovery experience. They create the optimal alignment of features and workflows within the context of case‑specific constraints, including leveraging well‑established best practices, to drive exceptional outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during DISCO Managed Review projects, managing reviewer teams and ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Implement and tailor review and quality‑control workflows, collaborating with the AI lab to reduce client costs and accelerate evidence discovery.
• Guide and mentor team leads, QC personnel, and first‑line reviewers, fostering an inclusive team culture.
• Create and refine DISCO documentation such as review protocols, status reports, training guides, and workflow specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to apply cutting‑edge technology, provide feedback to product and engineering teams, and communicate results effectively.

Required profile

• 5+ years of document review management experience in eDiscovery, managed review, or a related legal services environment.
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and their application to document review.
• Proficiency with at least one leading review platform (e.g., DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, Axcelerate).
