Associate Relationship Manager - JLG

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager – JLG deepens relationships with banking customers, supports the Relationship Manager in acquiring new business, and helps create and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLG) throughout formation, disbursal, and collection phases.

Key responsibilities

• Map household needs in assigned villages and manage zoning activities.
• Conduct end‑user checks after loan disbursal and meet monthly/annual group loan booking targets.
• Assess client needs, cross‑sell banking products, and generate new revenue streams.
• Drive acquisition of liability business, open accounts, and achieve sales goals through new sales, referrals, and retention.
• Maintain high collection efficiency and ensure accurate loan and savings documentation.
• Coordinate with operations officers for timely data entry and compliance with bank requirements.
• Perform field audits, verify customer information, and gather market intelligence.
• Recommend process improvements and support livelihood and community development initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant branch banking experience.
