Associate Relationship Manager – JLG

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager – JLG supports the Relationship Manager in deepening banking relationships, creating Joint Liability Groups, and delivering best‑in‑class service to customers in rural areas. You will help identify prospective clients, convert opportunities into loans, and manage the full loan lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Map household needs in assigned villages and manage zoning activities.
• Conduct end‑user checks after loan disbursement and meet monthly/annual group loan booking targets.
• Assess client needs, cross‑sell banking products, and generate new revenue sources.
• Lead generation, account opening, and achievement of individual and branch sales goals.
• Maintain high collection efficiency and ensure accurate loan documentation.
• Coordinate with operations for timely data entry and compliance with bank policies.
• Perform field audits, verify customer information, and gather market intelligence.
• Recommend process improvements and support livelihood and community development initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant branch banking experience.
