Associate – Regulatory Operations

About the role

Being an Associate, Regulatory Operations at Delta Capita Report Hub means providing the first line of assurance over reporting that must be accurate and timely each business day. Regulatory accountability remains with the client; we perform delegated operational activities on their behalf.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily reporting cycle for managed services clients across regimes such as CFTC, EMIR, MiFIR/MIFID II, SFTR, ASIC, MAS and HKMA, monitoring client trade, collateral and valuation data and ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate and clear routine exceptions, apply pre‑agreed corrections, and escalate complex or client‑sensitive issues with documented findings.
• Perform post‑reporting assurance activities including reconciliations to trade repositories or ARM, data quality checks and error analysis.
• Operate daily control set, approve changes to reported data, prepare operational management information and maintain procedures and knowledge articles.

Required profile

• 2–6 years’ experience in regulatory reporting, trade support, middle office or reconciliations at a financial institution or vendor.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to at least one major reporting regime (CFTC, EMIR, MiFIR/MIFID II, SFTR, ASIC, MAS or HKMA) with understanding of reporting fields.
• Working knowledge of OTC and/or exchange‑traded derivatives and reconciliation against a trade repository or ARM.
