Associate Recruitment Specialist - Gulf

About the role

KONE India is expanding rapidly and is looking for an Associate Recruitment Specialist to support talent acquisition for the Gulf region. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen and build pipelines of qualified candidates for a variety of positions across Gulf countries.

Key responsibilities

• Understand recruitment requirements and job descriptions for Gulf roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening against skills, experience, qualifications and location criteria.
• Maintain talent pipelines and keep recruitment trackers up‑to‑date.
• Support bulk/volume hiring and ensure timely turnaround of sourcing requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Experience sourcing for Middle East/Gulf markets is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Boolean search techniques.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Gulf Talent, Bayt and Indeed.
