Associate Recruiter – US Healthcare (Hyderabad)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to support our US healthcare clients from our Hyderabad office. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and placing clinical and allied health professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify and engage top-quality candidates for US healthcare positions such as nurses, therapists, physicians and allied professionals.
• Conduct in‑depth screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand detailed job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
• Perform comprehensive candidate searches using databases, social media platforms and professional networks.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent and build a robust talent pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (Pharma, Life Sciences, Nursing, BBA, BTech, etc.).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 4 years of experience, preferably in International Voice Process (US/UK/Australia) is a plus.
