Associate Recruiter – Staffing (Non-IT)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Recruiter to join our US Staffing (Non‑IT) team in Hyderabad. You will source, screen and place candidates across multiple industry sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify and engage top‑quality candidates for engineering, banking, finance, automotive, aerospace and construction domains.
• Conduct in‑depth screening interviews, probing candidates to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define the ideal candidate profile.
• Perform comprehensive candidate searches using databases, social media platforms and professional networks.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent and build a strong talent pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in an international voice process (US/UK/Australia) is a plus.
