Associate Project Manager – Organizational Change Management

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead organizational change initiatives for enterprise‑level transformations. You will shape change management strategies, drive adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors, and collaborate closely with senior leaders and technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute OCM strategy across client portfolios, ensuring successful adoption of solutions.
• Lead engagement, communication, training, readiness, and adoption measurement activities.
• Partner with transformation executives, business leaders, and program managers to align change initiatives.
• Direct a team of OCM analysts, fostering a culture of feedback, recognition, and development.
• Manage program‑wide risks, issues, and reporting for OCM efforts.
• Support product launches and lifecycle initiatives through go‑live support and transition activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience with organizational change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven people‑leadership and ability to manage multiple high‑visibility projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
