Associate Project Manager

About the role

The Associate Project Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large, complex projects across several work streams. You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily project activities, create detailed WBS with inter‑dependencies and critical paths.
• Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies for all management levels.
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, building strong relationships with customers.
• Create and maintain resource plans to allocate staff effectively across the project portfolio.
• Utilize project‑management tools and techniques to improve execution and drive efficiencies.
• Implement engagement review and quality‑assurance procedures in line with methodology.
• Proactively manage scope changes, risk‑management plans, and financial components to ensure profitability.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of all project deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Associate Project Manager or equivalent.
• Background in Professional Services or Managed Services, leading external customer‑facing projects.
• Experience supporting global financial customers.
• Knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, cloud, security, and unified communications.
• Multisite deployment experience (wireless, Wi‑Fi, POS).
• PMP and/or CAPM certification desired.
• Strong financial analysis skills, preferably with Clarity reporting.
• Proven people‑management, strategic planning, change‑management, and risk‑management abilities.
• Excellent documentation, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
