Associate Producer – Immersive Audio Tours

About the role

The Associate Producer will drive the end‑to‑end creation of Dex’s cinematic audio tours, turning research and storytelling into immersive experiences for visitors worldwide. Based in Bengaluru, you will work closely with writers, audio engineers, partners and venue stakeholders to deliver high‑quality tours on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Research locations, curate factual content and develop concise scripts that fit a three‑minute audio format.
• Iterate on script drafts, incorporating feedback while maintaining narrative flow.
• Coordinate production timelines, manage vendors and track deliverables across multiple tours.
• Oversee audio recording, QA checks and final launch audits to ensure technical and storytelling standards.
• Analyze guest feedback and continuously refine processes and content quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in narrative or scriptwriting for audio, video or long‑form storytelling.
• Proven project coordination skills, including timeline management and vendor liaison.
• Strong research instincts with a focus on factual accuracy.
• Comfort working within structured creative frameworks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with voice AI production tools such as ElevenLabs and Seedream.
• Familiarity with AI‑enhanced workflow tools.
• Ability to maintain detailed production documentation and launch checklists.
