Associate - OT Cybersecurity (ITRA Advisory)

About the role

PwC is hiring an Associate in its ITRA Advisory practice in Gurgaon, focused on OT Cybersecurity, OT Networks and IIoT. The role centres on protecting organisations from cyber threats by identifying vulnerabilities, developing secure systems and providing proactive solutions. It covers threat intelligence and vulnerability management, including the development and implementation of integrated IT-OT infrastructure solutions, OT cybersecurity tools, risk assessments and support management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee OT and IIoT security projects and initiatives
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of OT cyber tools such as IDS, EDR and SIEM
• Conduct risk assessments following ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF standards
• Build secure OT networks and support IT-OT integration architecture
• Manage a team of consultants and senior consultants
• Collaborate with senior management to align security strategy with business goals
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (B.Tech/BE, MSc/MCA)
• 8+ years of experience in the OT domain and OT cybersecurity (the listing also states 5-12 years for the SA/M role)
• Proven track record in managing security projects and teams
• Work experience in the manufacturing or energy sector
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, communication and leadership abilities

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 and ability to perform security assessments and tool implementation in OT environments
• ICS experience (PLC, SCADA, MES) with vendors such as Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, ABB, Emerson, GE
• Asset management tools and OTSM, with a preference for ServiceNow
• Preferred: ISA/IEC 62443 certification, and experience with Claroty, Nozomi and Tenable
