Associate OT Cybersecurity – Advisory (Gurugram)

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to lead OT Cybersecurity initiatives within its Advisory practice in Gurgaon. The role focuses on protecting operational technology environments in manufacturing and energy sectors by designing and implementing secure IT‑OT architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee OT and IIoT security projects, develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Implement and manage OT cyber tools such as IDS, EDR and SIEM solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments following ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF standards.
• Design secure OT networks and support IT‑OT integration architecture.
• Lead a team of consultants, collaborating with senior management to align security strategy with business goals.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in OT cybersecurity, preferably in manufacturing or energy.
• Proven track record managing security projects and teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision‑making and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with IDS, EDR, SIEM tools.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with PLC, SCADA and MES platforms (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, ABB, Emerson, GE).
• Experience with asset management tools, especially ServiceNow.
• Exposure to OT security solutions such as Claroty, Nozomi and Tenable.
