Associate Oracle Fusion Technical – Advisory

About the role

PwC’s Oracle Services Practice is looking for an Associate to join its Advisory team in Kolkata. The role focuses on delivering Oracle Fusion technical solutions that help clients modernise finance, HR, supply‑chain and analytics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion SaaS/PaaS implementations for client projects.
• Develop and configure Oracle Cloud (Fusion) modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Design, build and maintain database structures supporting ERP/Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Create and customise BI Publisher reports, and manage data loads using FBDI and OTBI.
• Integrate applications through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to enable seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimise system performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion implementations.
• At least one full Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementation completed.
• Degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or an MBA.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
