Associate – Market Research (Infrastructure Sector)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Associate – Market Research professional to join our Infrastructure team. This full‑time hybrid position focuses on market research, demand assessment, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions for government and private‑sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and demand assessments within the infrastructure sector.
• Perform financial and economic analyses to evaluate projects and formulate strategic recommendations.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare high‑quality PowerPoint presentations, analytical reports, and Excel‑based models, dashboards, and financial analyses.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with government agencies, private‑sector organizations, and project partners to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Urban Planning, Infrastructure Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in market research, consulting, infrastructure advisory, or a similar domain.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with research and analytical tools for data analysis.
