Associate Manager – Corporate Audit

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an Associate Manager to join its Corporate Audit Department in Gurugram. This individual contributor role works on a hybrid schedule and provides assurance on the effectiveness of the control environment across the company’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and/or participate in multiple international audit engagements, identifying and quantifying risks and recommending improvements.
• Perform reviews of risk activities across various organizational and functional areas in line with accepted audit methodology.
• Obtain an understanding of business processes, develop risk assessments, audit programs, and testing procedures.
• Review audit evidence, draw conclusions about the control environment, and communicate findings to management.
• Identify audit issues, propose solutions, and prepare accurate, well‑documented working papers.
