Associate L2 Support – Microsoft Engineering Advisory

About the role

Join PwC’s Microsoft Dynamics team as an Associate L2 Support professional, helping clients transform their technology landscape across front‑, back‑ and mid‑office functions. You will work with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI to deliver strategy‑led, technology‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve user issues submitted via ServiceNow tickets and other channels, meeting response time and quality standards.
• Validate and upload user‑provided data to relevant systems following established processes.
• Coordinate support activities with specialists from other teams.
• Assist with testing activities and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in L2 technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or MCA.
• Willingness to work in a team with rotating shifts to provide 24 × 7 coverage.
