About the role
We are seeking motivated Associates to join our International Voice team at our Gurugram centre. In this fast‑paced BPO environment you will handle inbound and outbound calls for global clients, providing efficient resolutions and high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place customer calls for international clients in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and present the best available options.
- Maintain high standards of communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow established process guidelines and quality parameters.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
Required profile
- Undergraduate or graduate freshers are welcome.
- Graduates with prior experience in International Voice BPO are also eligible.
- Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving ability.
Required skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Five‑day work week with two rotational weekly offs.
- Rotational shift schedule as per business needs.
