Associate – Internal Audit Services – Advisory (Mumbai)

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to join its Internal Audit Services Advisory team in Mumbai. You will help clients design, transform and deliver end‑to‑end internal audit solutions, leveraging risk technology and industry expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Internal Audit and Process Audit concepts and methodologies.
• Utilise the COSO Framework to assess processes, sub‑processes and activities.
• Evaluate controls in line with the Sarbanes‑Oxley Act (SOX) and internal control concepts such as preventive, detective and anti‑fraud controls.
• Support IA function set‑up, transformation, co‑sourcing, outsourcing and managed services.
• Provide sector‑specific insights for Retail, FMCG and Manufacturing clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in internal audit or process audit.
• Sector experience in Retail, FMCG or Manufacturing is preferred.
