Associate – Internal Audit & Data Analytics

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to join its Internal Audit and Data Analytics team in Gurgaon. You will support end‑to‑end internal audit services, leveraging risk‑based methodologies and emerging technologies to help clients protect value and navigate disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Apply internal audit and process‑audit concepts and methodologies across client engagements.
• Understand and map processes, sub‑processes and activities to assess inter‑relationships.
• Perform risk‑based audits, evaluating design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Assist in timely completion of audit engagements, including documentation and reporting.
• Support Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) and IFC review activities and SOP documentation.

Required profile

• Associate‑level experience in internal audit or process audit.
• Strong knowledge of internal control concepts, including preventive, detective, risk assessment and anti‑fraud controls.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and related review processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements.
