Associate – Internal Audit (Advisory) – Gurgaon

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to join its Internal Audit Services team in Gurgaon. You will help design, transform and deliver end‑to‑end internal audit solutions for clients across industries, leveraging emerging technologies and risk‑focused methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform independent assessments of financial statements, internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Support IA function set‑up, co‑sourcing, outsourcing and managed‑service models.
• Utilise AI and risk‑technology tools to enhance audit efficiency and insight.
• Collaborate with cyber, forensics and compliance specialists to address a full spectrum of risks.
• Assist clients in strengthening governance, risk management and value‑protection processes.

Required profile

• Graduation in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in audit and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Motivation to develop a career within a leading professional services firm.
