About the role

Alcon is seeking an Associate II to drive sales of surgical eye‑care products across designated accounts in India. You will develop and execute sales plans, build strong relationships with eye‑care professionals, and contribute to the company’s mission of enhancing sight.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts by creating and implementing a sales/business plan.
  • Develop customer development strategies and dedicated account action plans.
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Lead the preparation of strategic and tactical plans for key accounts.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with target accounts.
  • Analyze market conditions and competitive intelligence.
  • Organize customer events and programs, collaborating with marketing and medical teams.
  • Contribute to stakeholder mapping, segmentation, and profiling.
  • Provide accurate data for Alcon’s Customer Relationship Management system.

Required profile

  • Self‑directed work style with advanced knowledge of sales processes.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
  • Commitment to GxP compliance and adherence to SOPs.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Alcon Customer Relationship Management system).
