Associate I – Stores (Inventory & Logistics)

About the role

The Associate I – Stores supports the efficient flow of materials within the organization. You will be responsible for handling incoming goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that stock is stored, labeled, and tracked correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, and record incoming materials and consumables.
• Issue materials to relevant departments with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or manual registers.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of items.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to guarantee material availability.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and compliance standards in stores.
• Support disposal or return of non‑conforming, excess, or obsolete items.
• Prepare reports on inventory, consumption, and stock movement.
