Associate Field Manager - Ruminants

About the role

The Associate Field Manager will drive sales development for ruminant products across the assigned territory. You will manage distributors and stockists, ensure inventory control, and build strong relationships with veterinarians, farmers and key opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Generate demand for ruminant products among vets, distributors, paravets and shepherds.
• Sell products using the Pharma Sell/Action selling process.
• Coordinate activities between retailers, distributors and customers to minimise expiries.
• Maintain regular secondary sales reporting and submit DFAR/TE promptly.
• Develop rapport with milk unions, farmer forums and NGOs to increase business volume.
• Manage outstanding recoveries and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Report sales performance through MAXX/Sales Force automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a science stream or related field (Sales/Marketing).
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.
• Action‑oriented with solid knowledge of business and selling processes.
