Associate - F&B Service

About the role

We are looking for a Restaurant Server to deliver unforgettable dining experiences at voco™ Amritsar, providing a warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service from starter to dessert.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests with high standards and signature flair, ensuring memorable meals.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, clean and safe kitchen area.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Minimise waste and report unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents to the supervisor or duty manager.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties to keep service running smoothly.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, push and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
• Basic literacy and numeracy (reading, writing, maths).
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Compliance with local food‑handling and alcohol‑serving laws; must be above the minimum legal age and fluent in the local language.
• Strong communication skills; warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.
