Associate Facilities Manager

About the role

The Associate Facilities Manager supports the Facilities Executive in ensuring a 99.9% uptime across all locations. The role focuses on day‑to‑day operations, ticket resolution, vendor coordination and cost‑efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Facilities function for all formats, maintaining 99.9% uptime.
• Close facilities tickets raised by operations, audits or quality teams using various ticketing tools.
• Implement systems and procedures on‑site to meet uptime targets within budget.
• Execute support services within the allocated budget and drive annual cost‑saving initiatives.
• Oversee vendor relationships, act as single point of contact, ensure 100% service uptime and develop backup vendor options for emergencies.
• Conduct asset protection testing, preventive maintenance and coordinate AMC activities.
• Supervise planning and execution of refresh/facelift projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Perform quality checks on vendor workmanship and materials, identifying improvement areas.
• Maintain and share facilities data, MIS, cost trackers, budget vs. actual sheets and PPM schedules.
• Ensure regular preventive maintenance checks to achieve zero downtime.

Required profile

• Experience in facilities operations, vendor management and cost control.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations.
• Attention to detail for quality assurance and data reporting.
