Associate Director – ServiceNow Practice

About the role

EY is seeking an experienced leader to head its ServiceNow practice worldwide. The Associate Director will shape strategy, drive growth, and oversee complex implementations across multiple geographies, ensuring delivery of high‑impact solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales and pre‑sales activities, respond to client proposals, and support business development for ServiceNow services.
• Design and develop large‑scale ServiceNow solutions, integrating automation and workflow capabilities.
• Manage offshore teams across all ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps) through blueprint, design, configuration, build and rollout phases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process leads, and technical teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate staff performance, contributing to recruitment and training initiatives.
• Drive practice development, knowledge management, and internal engagement.

Required profile

• 15‑20 years of relevant experience, preferably from a top‑tier global system integrator.
• Proven ability to lead large, global delivery teams and manage complex client engagements.
• Strong communication skills with senior client and internal stakeholders.
• Track record of contributing to business development and practice growth.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform expertise, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps.
• ServiceNow implementation certifications (minimum two).
• ITIL Intermediate, COBIT or TOGAF certifications.
• Agile, Scrum Master and PMP certifications.
• Experience with automation, workflow design, and offshore team leadership.
