Associate Director – Project & Construction Management

About the role

Associate Director – Project Management / Construction Management (PMCM) will lead the delivery of large, complex projects across multiple sectors. The role drives project execution, client engagement, stakeholder management, contract administration and construction oversight to achieve successful outcomes within time, cost, safety and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project and construction management from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, milestones, monitoring frameworks and KPIs.
• Monitor performance against schedule, budget, quality and safety, managing risks and implementing mitigation plans.
• Oversee contract administration including change orders, claims review, payment certification and final account closure.
• Lead preparation and review of tender documents, scope definition, technical specifications and RFPs.

Required profile

• 15+ years total experience with at least 10 years in project or construction management.
• Proven track record managing large, multi‑stakeholder projects and strong client‑facing experience.
• Team and people management capability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
